It's good to see an up and coming forum dedicated to TKD. We train with the ICTF and have recently competed overseas at the Challenge Cup in Toronto. Hi my name is Chris and re-started tkd about three years ago after a 30 year break (don't ask me why).
I managed to become a 1st degree black belt back in 1978 but gave it all up a few years later and have decided to start from scratch approx/ 3 years ago and I am now a blue belt.

Unfortunately I threw all my previous details out but would now like to try and get my old qualifications back.
Does anyone know how I might go about this. I took my black belt grading in november 1978 under Mr fred Lee of the British TaeKwon Do Association.
I would be really gratefull if anyone can help.

hi im adam, ive just started taekwondo ( ive only been doing it a month) i really enjoy it and had my first sparring session this week. i train under the T.A.G.B. guidlines which is good for me as i used to box so at least i can punch, but im looking forward to the kicking part aswell.
