To make things easy for you we have compiled a list of UK Taekwondo Clubs. With the enormous amount of clubs around, this list is only partial, so you should also check your local telephone directory listings and keep your eyes peeled for adverts in local newsagent and sports halls.

Official Worldwide Taekwondo Organisations

• Kukkiwon is The World Taekwondo Headquarters. It exists to train certified instructors and issue high level dan gradings.
• WTF The World Taekwondo Federation founded in 1973. Based in South Korea the WTF exists to coordinate international Taekwondo competitions under Olympic rules.
• ITAKD The International TaeKwon-Do Association.
• BTCB The British Taekwondo Control Boards is the only governing body for WTF Taekwondo in the UK.
